The UFW Foundation offers different areas of experience to members of the community interested in volunteering. The UFW Foundation can continue empowering communities to ensure human dignity, thanks to the many people who help carry its mission through service. We offer an interdisciplinary volunteer program welcoming all members of our communities.

We know that all people, regardless of gender, age, language, race, or sexual orientation, have something to offer to advocate and improve the lives of farm workers and Latinos. We welcome volunteers with experience of any kind.
