The UFW Foundation does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), sex, age, disability (including physical or mental, medical condition, genetic information/characteristics), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, religion, marital status/registered domestic partner status, pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, and/or military or veteran status in the administration of its programs and activities. This includes protection from discrimination under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), and other applicable state and federal nondiscrimination laws. The UFW Foundation is committed to ensuring equal access to its programs, services, and activities for all individuals, regardless of these protected characteristics. The UFW Foundation assures that no one will be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation under any and all programs, services, or activities administered by the UFW Foundation, regardless of whether those programs and activities are federally funded or not. The purpose of this policy is to maintain a work environment that is free from harassment, discrimination, and retaliation at the UFW Foundation.
