UFW Foundation Benefit Details

UFW Foundation membership benefits comprise the following.

• UFW Foundation Membership credential - Official credential for UFW Foundation members. You will be able to use this credential to obtain discounts. while it is not a federally or state government form of identification, many of our partner organizations recognize it as a secondary form of identification. 
• Accidental death Benefit - American Income Life insurance - Annual policy remains in effect with an active UFW Foundation membership. Accidental death benefit of up to $4,000 and only covers the UFW Foundation member. American Income Life defines accidental death as any death, not due to natural causes, illness, or age.
  • Beneficiary does not have to reside in the United States.
  • Any benefit paid to minors will be limited to $1,000.00 or in case no beneficiary is listed, the benefit paid to the estate will be limited to $1000.
  • In order to ensure the maximum payout for the benefit be sure to name a beneficiary and that they are 18 years of age or older.
• UFW Foundation services and resources - The UFW Foundation's bilingual team of attorneys and Department of Justice accredited representatives are authorized to provide legal counsel on immigrant matters, such as assisting with immigration applications and fee waiver applications.
