We’re no strangers to a Trump Administration and what it means for immigrants and farm worker communities. We know the next four years will be a time of uncertainty and constant attacks on basic protections and rights for farm workers and immigrants. Trump’s calls for mass deportations along with his overt racism is a danger to this country. Immigrants are vital members of our communities – they are our neighbors, our teachers, the backbone of the nation’s food supply, and so much more. The Trump Administration has already showed us who they are: fearmongers who dehumanize innocent, hardworking individuals who are integral to the fabric of our nation. It is time to push back. With the urgency that this moment requires, the UFW Foundation is asking you to help join the fight to ensure farm workers, DACA recipients and all immigrants are protected.  

This past year, our movement secured victories for farm workers and immigrants. We anticipate that the incoming Trump Administration will try to reverse these victories, and that we will have to fight back to defend our rights and protections.  

In addition to protecting the progress we’ve made in the last few years, the UFW Foundation is committed to continuing to fight for immigrants’ and farm workers’ rights. Our advocacy and services will continue and we will keep pushing towards meaningful progress.
