Thank you - Si Se puede!

The 10th Annual Cesar E Chavez Walk and Festival was a great success thanks to our corporate sponsors, dedicated elected officials, inspired students and educators, and passionate farm worker and Chavez supporters.

The event, which celebrates Cesar Chavez’s birthday and the California state holiday in his honor, was a spirited event with over 5,500 attendees including over 2,000 K-12 students.

Special guests that day were Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, Councilmember Jose Huizar and Wendy Gruel, LAUSD Board President Monica Garcia, Vice President Yolie Flores Aguilar, and Dr. Vladovic, and Assemblymember Eng.
